"The Moonrush Gaminatcher harnesses moonlight to dash across at speeds faster than the average eye can see. It uses its speed at night to startle people, stealing valuables from them before they can even notice. Light from any other source (besides the moon) will slow them down, just enough to catch up to them, and probably get your things back. When caught, they will quickly extend their hands trying to show they haven't stolen anything, but will only do this after they've hid something nearby."
